Legend of Lord Krishna – Vrindhavana Pravesham – Srimad Narayaneeyam /Srimad Bhagavatham !! Lyrics & Its meanings

Jai Sriman Narayana !!

Oh! Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, Gopas who were unaware of your glories, explained the bad omens like falling of trees and many other inauspicious incidents taking place in the land of Vraja, eventually made up their mind to desert the land forever and to settle in some other place.

Oh! Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, as prompted by you, one of the leaders of Gopa named Upananda described about the serene woodland Vrindavanam situated on the western parts.

Oh! Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, within short span of time, Nanda and others immersed in creating cowsheds in Vrindavan,  Your mother/Yasodha settled in a cart holding you in her arms, followed by the others proceeded to Vridavan.

Oh! Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, The Gopas were did not feel the distance, as they were completely wrapped up in chattering with great enthusiasm, there was the pleasant sound of moving of cart and the trampling sounds of the hooves of the cattle.

Oh! Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, Oh! Esha, you were extremely happy to witness the flourished land of Vrindavan full of Kundha flowers and clusters of trees.  The rich posh green land has the look of Emerald set on the surface was added the beauty of it.

Oh! Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, The Gopas built their houses which formed semi circle, they peacefully settled in their homes and you were enjoying the beauty of the woodland and admiring its splendor in the company of other young children of Gopas.

Oh! Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, you have witnessed river Kalindi, daughter of Kalinda, flowing through various ways carrying her crystal clear waters, sweet sound of swans echoed were added the beauty of her running water and her ever smiling face was like fully blossomed lotus flower.

Oh! Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, you have witnessed the beautiful Mount Govardhana, which shines brilliantly with multicolored rays and attractive soft squeal of peacock.  This mountain gave out a remarkable impression that it reaches out the abode Lord Brahma.

Oh! Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, the Gopas were followed you all the way through the woodland, you have walked through the various water courses of river Yamuna, as if your passionate damsel waiting to meet you in solitude.

Oh! Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, you with your brother Balarama and the young children have enthusiasticaly moved around the flourished woodland, which was well appropriate for the cattle to grace.  Oh! Sameeragehadhipa, we earnestly pray to protect us from all ailments.
