Jai Sriman Narayana !!

Oh! Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, You and Balarama along with a group of warriors entered the city of King Bhishmaka, was received with great honors.  At once, Rukmini with great joy offered her salutation to the Brahmin boy who was announced your arrival.

Oh! Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, The people of the city of King Bhishmaka were witnessed your marvelous form and the evil act of the son of King Bhishmaka/Rukmi.  They were besieged with sorrow, with tears over flowing; they were speaking about it in the whole night.

Oh! Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, The gorgeous Indhumukhi/ Rukmini who has the face resembled to moon, adorned in various precious ornaments were dedicated all her life to you.  She came out of her chamber to worship Goddess Sri Parvati /Shivaa was well surrounded by the guards.

Oh! Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, Princess Rukmini was followed by many pious women, arrived in the temple of Goddess Sri Parvati/Girisutha, she offered prayers with utmost reverence and prostrated before the lotus feet of Goddess Sri Parvati, and sincerely prayed to attain you as her husband.

Oh! Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, The assembly of Kings was in extreme delight and eagerly waiting for the arrival of the princess Rukmini, you were stood beside them in an unapproachable state.  Shortly, Princess Rukmini gracefully came out of the temple of Goddess Sri Parvati/Girija Alayam, spreading an extraordinary brilliance all around.

Oh! Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, Oh! Deva, The enthralling beauty of princess Rukmini enticed all the kings assembled, and you too got attracted by the splendor of her fleeting look on you.

Oh! Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, You spoke “Oh! Indhumukhi/ moon faced one, where are you going?” and instantly you caught hold of her hand, led her to your chariot and helped her in to it.  In this way, you have carried her away when the whole Universe was watching, creating a huge protest among your enemies.

Oh! Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, The assembled Kings were traumatized and engaged in rigorous search for you, eventfully entered in a battle with the Yadhavas and defeated.  What a wonder! You were least affected by the wicked people and remained firm as ever like a lion before the dogs.

Oh! Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, Thereafter, Rukmi/brother of Rukmini entered in a battle with you, you have disfigured him to reduce his pride and released him, instead of taking away his life. Consequently, you have arrived in the city/Dwaraka with your wife Rama/Rukmini at the instruction of your elder brother/Balarama.

Oh! Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, Rukmini timidly experienced extreme delight and passion in the association of her husband, you have engaged in amorous sport with her in private and made her exceptionally happy, which supplemented unparalleled brightness to her face.

Oh! Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, Several days and nights were passed in the blissful union with Rukmini, you have brought immense joys to her by cracking various funniness.  One day, you have raised suspicious talks which brought extreme agitation to the simple minded Rukmini.

Oh! Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, shortly, you have revealed your expertise in the spell of affection and in this way you have augmented her happiness. Oh! Mukundha, provider of liberation, we are singing and praising your glories relentlessly, and earnestly pray to eradicate our sufferings caused by various illnesses.
