Oh! Supeme Lord Guruvayurappa, the leader of Yadu Clan/Vasudeva carried you and arrived on the brimming river bank of Yamuna/daughter of Kalinda.  Oh! Vibho, instantly the overflowing river reduced up to his ankles as it was caused by some illusionary powers.

Oh! Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, as Vasudeva entered through the wide opened doors of the house of the chief of cowherd’s house, saw the woman/Yasodha was fast asleep and gently crying girl child at the side of her.  He placed you on the labor cot and carried the female child/Yogamaya, and quickly returned to his city/Mathura.

Oh! Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, The cries of your younger sister/Yogamaya awakened the entire attendants; they rushed towards the Bhojaraja/Kamsa to inform the news.  Alas! Kamsa was frantically arrived with disheveled hair and extremely unhappy to see the baby girl in his sister’s/Devaki’s hands.

Oh! Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, Kamsa thought it was the deceitful act of Lord Vishnu that was the reason for the birth of girl child.  He snatched away your younger sister/Yogamaya, just like an elephant plucking out the tender lotus stalk from the pond.  Shortly, your younger sister/Ajam/unborn was dashed to the block of stone.

Oh! Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, As your devotees free from the clutches of death, Yogamaya slipped out of the hands of Kamsa and assumed her magnificent form and rose above the ground, she had eight arms carrying fierce weapons, Oh! Vibho, what a spectacular sight it was!

Oh! Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, Your sister/Yogamaya said ‘Oh! Wicked Kamsa, You have gained nothing by eradicating me; your destroyer had born already somewhere else.  Think about welfare.” Instantly she disappeared from the sight and entered in a sacred shrine on Earth was eulogized by the deities and worshipped.

Oh! Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, Kamsa remembered the voice of Yogamaya/Goddess Sri Parvati/Agathmaja, very next morning he assigned haughty demons like Pralamba, Baka, Poothana etc..with an intention to kill you.  They roamed all over the land mercilessly killing the children.

Oh! Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, Oh! Mukunda, in the house of the chief of cowherd/Nanda, on the labor bed of Yasodha, you were gently crying by kicking your legs, which awakened everyone.  All the women folks announced the birth of a baby boy, Oh! Vibho, how can I describe that incident?  The entire Gokulam was overjoyed on the birth of you.

Oh! Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, What a surprise? Yasodha who has pious mind like alluring Kalaya flower and fortunate one found you very close to herself.  She witnessed your gorgeous form thoroughly with her eyes, and then joyfully fed you with her breast, caressing your body.

Oh! Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, Nandagopa who was overwhelmed with joy and desirous of your welfare, offered abundance of donations and charities to Brahmin and the cowherds performed propitious rite.  Oh! Vibho who is the personification of auspiciousness, we earnestly pray to protect us from the chronic ailments.
