Thirukkadaimudi/Keezhaiyur/Keezhur
is one of the 275 Thevara Shivasthalam of Lord Shiva located in Keezhaiyur,Tharangampadi,
Nagapattinam District, Tamil Nadu. In
this temple Lord Shiva worshipped as self-manifested Shodhasha Linga.

Lord Brahma realized the
significance of this sacred land, he arrived on this place and constructed a
worship place for Lord shiva, created a pond called Brahma Theertham and worshipped Lord
Shiva with the water from the pond. Lord
was pleased at the devotion of Lord Brahma and provided dharshan under the Kinuva
tree situated in the temple vicinity.
