Thenkurangaduthurai/Aduthurai
is one of the 275 Thevara Shivasthalam of Lord Shiva located in
Thiruvidaimaruthur, Thanjavur District, Tamil Nadu. This is one of the oldest temples of Lord
Shiva built by the Chola King at the desire of his Queen Sembianmadhevi, mother
of King Uthama Chozha. In this
temple Lord Shiva worshipped in the form of a self-manifested Linga.
