Whoever worships Lord Shiva during the Pradosha would avail His blessings.
The Pradosha Kalam - 'Dosha' Kala is the time to worship Lord Shiva. The time of 'Pradosha' is 4.30 PM to 7.00PM to worship the glory of Lord Rudra. The Worship of Lord can be done by Mananam, Sravanam and Keerthanam. The Mananam is the process of uttering or chanting the glory of Lord Shiva, Sravanam denotes listening or reading the sacred scriptures and last but not the least singing and praising the glory of the Lord. 'Shiva' in sanskrit means ' The Auspicious'.
The scriptures describe the worshipping forms of Lord Shiva as:
Anugraha Murthy - Lord Shiva with pleasing features blessing His worshiper
Rudra/Samhara Murthy - Lord Shiva in a fuming rage/ destructive mood
Tandava Murthy - Performing cosmic dance
Sri Dakshina Murthy - Form of an 'Acharya'/ Guru
Linga - Universal form/Nirguna Brahmam
Bhikshadandar - Saintly form
Harihara/Sankaranarayana - Two equal halves represents Hari and Hara
Ardhanarishwara - Two equal halves, one represent Lord Shiva and other half Goddess Sakthi
