Sri Satya Natheshwarar temple is one of 275 Thevara Shivasthalam of Lord Shiva also
known as Satyavratam/Indiresam situated in village called Thirukkalimedu, Kanchipuram,
Tamil Nadu. In this temple Lord Shiva
worshipped in the form of a self-manifested Linga.

Budha worshipped Lord Shiva in the Temple Tank situated here and attained the nobility
as one of the Navagrahas. Thus, the
temple tank got its name Budha Theertham. It is believed whoever worships Lord
after having a holy dip in this Theertha would attain admirable status in their
life.
