Liberation – Free from cycles of Birth and death is possible only through Self – realization and God – realization.  Thus, it is the responsibility of the Jeevathma (individual soul) to make every effort to attain the nearness to Parmathma (God).   According to Shaiva Siddhanta, the unity with the Lord is possible only when freed from the ‘delusion’/’attachment’.  To overcome illusion, material bondages one has to try hard to follow the methods suggested by the Shaiva Siddantha.

Charya Marg – Dasa Marg – Worship of Lord and provide Service to Him as a servant.  Cleaning of temple premises, providing assistance to perform the daily rituals includes gathering items required for daily rituals such as flowers, oil, inscents, ghee, and preparation of Bhog etc….etc…

Yogic Marg – Dhyana Marg – Wroship of Lord through the Performance of Yoga Asanas and meditation. It brings the proximity to Lord by creating harmonious relationship with the body and mind.  It also provides the perpetual awareness of existence of Paramathma in every soul.
