Oh!
Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa who has attractive appearance of supple alluring
fresh flowers of Kalaya which lure the hearts of everyone, who has the supreme essence
of Brahmam and personification of eternal bliss was fascinated the Gopikas day
by day.
Oh!
Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, The Gopikas were tortured by cupid arrows of Lord
Manmatha, they desired to see your charming form and yearned for your eternal
presence. Oh! Hare, they were in a state
of pangs of separation from you, they could not bear even the momentary
separation from you when you leave with your cattle in the early hours of dawn.
Oh!
Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, when you leave to woods, the Gopikas with their minds
preoccupied in your thoughts and eyes fixed on you, would listen for the
melodious sounds of your flute from a long distance; they keep describing and
memorizing the various sporting activities of you with great joy.
Oh!
Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, In the woods you will settle under the cool shade
of the stunning tree, placing your legs crossed and starts loading the flute
with your breath.
Oh!
Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, Oh! Prabho, the melodious music from your flute
lured the damsels, who were already tormented by the cupid arrows of Lord
Manmatha, it brought the birds and animals in a state of impassive and it was
capable to melt even the rocks.
Oh!
Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, What a wonderful moment indeed! The young maidens
of Vraja visualized the marvelous form of you playing the flute with your
tender fingers accurately moving through the holes and your lotus feet tapping
to the tune. In this way, the young
maidens of Vraja attained a state of supreme bliss.
Oh!
Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, The damsels, birds, animals and the woodland which
had the constant touch of your feet and the young maidens of Vraja are exceptionally
fortunate to visualize your marvelous form without any impediment.
Oh!
Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, The young maidens of Vraja were in an utter
desperation and had the intense desire to have the nectar from your lips which
was already consumed by the divine flute, they were zealously looked forward to
have the left over from your flute.
Oh!
Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, In this way, the young maidens were tortured by the
cupid arrows were attained greater attachment towards you and your blessings as
well, eventually they were become indifferent to the worldly matters too.
Oh!
Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, The attachments towards you is the natural process
and the ultimate means of liberation is uncertain, but the young maidens of Vraja
were extremely fortunate, they have attained the both, Oh! Maruthesha, we
earnestly pray to protect us.
