Jai Sriman Narayana !!
Jaya Jaya Sankara Hara Hara Sankara
In this verse, Thiru
Manikkavasagar describes the presence of devotees of Lord Athmanathar of
Thirupperumthurai, some of the devotees
are playing the divine instrument Veena, some of them are playing Yazhi (a kind
of string instrument), some of the devotees are chanting the Vedic hymns, some
of them are reciting the glories of Lord, some are standing passively before the majestic
Lord with the folded hands, some are shedding tears of joy after witnessing the
glorious form of Lord, some of the devotees are present before Him with the hands
held high on their head. Thiru Manikkavasagar
earnestly requests Lord to wake up and bless all.
